Purpose of the Job:


1. Frame, drive and implement a profitable Business Unit Strategy and P&L Strategy in liaison with the Management Team

2. Manage Internal and External stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination, to achieve internal business goals and external customer needs.

3. Make key operational and managerial decisions to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

4. Manage and inculcate a people-oriented culture to increase attraction, retention and employee engagement.


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Accountable for all HR activities at the unit level like trainings, employee benefits and leaves, grievance management, recruitment etc.

2. Oversee timely resolution of conflicts and accidents.

3. Oversee Human Resource Information System (HRIS) & Performance Management System & Employee Confirmation, Exit Management for all employees of the business.

4. Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and state/federal laws and regulations.

5. Oversee timely preparation and analysis of MIS reports .

6. Ensure OD, CPSM, CBD pillar activities are conducted as required and ensure adherence to specific requirements by all employees at the unit.

7. Ensure monitoring, evaluating, and recording training activities & program effectiveness.

8. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of employee complaints and implementing innovative solutions for grievance management .

9. Responsible for Audit & Certification

10. Ensure manpower requisition and job analysis from the respective Department Head is received timely.

11. Ensure timely collection of JDs for current openings, and analyze the positions, and prepare job description and specification for critical positions, by the internal team.

12. Oversee recruitment activities like sourcing potential candidates, screening incoming resumes and application forms, scheduling interviews etc.

13. Responsible for goal setting, periodic performance review, performance appraisal and performance feedback of all team members


Qualifications


  • MBA HR with 15+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
