We are looking for a Data Scientist with 46 years of experience in analytics and data modelling. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Python, SQL, and statistical modelling, with the ability to transform raw store and customer data into business insights and decision-making tools.

What would a day in your life @ branchX look like?

  • Analysing store and customer data to generate actionable insights.
  • Preparing, cleaning, and validating datasets to support ML model development.
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards and visual reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Applying statistical modelling, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing to business problems.
  • Collaborating with product and business teams to translate insights into strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools – Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Plotly.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical modelling, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to translate complex data into business insights.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
