Operations & Client Communication Manager
to join our team in-office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of tasks/projects.
- Coordinate with design, content, and strategy teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage client communication, feedback, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Assist management in streamlining processes and improving workflows.
Requirements:
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in operations / client servicing / project management (digital marketing/advertising industry preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
