Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of tasks/projects.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and strategy teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Manage client communication, feedback, and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Assist management in streamlining processes and improving workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in operations / client servicing / project management (digital marketing/advertising industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
