They specialise in producing TMT steel bars across a wide range of specifications and have multiple plants with robust expansion plans. With significant growth underway, the company is committed to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable manufacturing. Job Description - Lead and manage the quality function across plants.- Ensure SOP implementation and adherence to quality management systems.- Oversee QA for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.- Establish and maintain 5S systems and in-process quality controls.- Drive compliance with factory standards and regulatory requirements.- Manage deviation handling and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.- Handle and resolve technical complaints from stakeholders.- Conduct audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs.- Provide strategic input on quality excellence to senior leadership. The Successful Applicant - Experience: 10-15 years in quality management within steel or heavy manufacturing.- Strong expertise in auditing, SOPs, 5S systems, and quality assurance frameworks.- Proven ability in multi-plant quality operations management.- Hands-on experience in process improvement & deviation management.- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.- Must be willing to be based near plant location
