We transform real-life confessions, experiences, and emotions into bold, statement-making fashion pieces.Our mission is to create a brand that connects with young women in India on both an emotional and stylistic level.QualificationsPlan, shoot, and edit engaging content for Instagram, including reels, stories, and feed postsWrite compelling, brand-appropriate captions that reflect Benpani’s unique tone of voiceDesign visually appealing creatives, moodboards, and graphics using Canva or similar toolsResearch and identify relevant trends, sounds, and formats for timely content creationManage and maintain the brand’s social media presence, including DMs and community engagementDemonstrate proficiency in Canva, Cap Cut, In Shot, or equivalent editing toolsPossess a creative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detailHave prior experience in content creation for fashion, lifestyle, or D2 C brands (preferred but not mandatory)Exhibit strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video trends, particularly for a Gen Z audience
