Role: Principal Consultant / Team Lead Location: Vikhroli / Powai (Mumbai) – Client Office | 5 days a week (onsite) We are looking for a dynamic leader with 5+ years of experience in Product technology/engineering hiring , preferably in Startups, Fintech, and Insurtech industries. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level technology roles. Handle stakeholder engagement with founders, CXOs, and HODs. Lead and mentor a recruitment team — set targets, track performance, and drive outcomes. Act as a trusted partner for clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent. Balance both individual contribution (IC targets) and team delivery responsibilities.
