You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across all domains, including tech and non-tech, at various levels. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates. Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely feedback and communication. Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract high-quality applicants. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics. Must Have: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 2+ years of prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Familiarity with tech and non-tech hiring Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in hiring for a start-up
