Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team at Everythingweb.dev in Kolkata. This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing various HR functions, including benefits administration, HR management, and the implementation and maintenance of human resources information systems (HRIS). You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and will take the lead in our hiring processes across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.com. Your role is crucial in maintaining the seamless integration of talent into our vibrant digital environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of employee benefits, HR policies, and HRIS.
  • Spearhead the recruitment process, optimizing strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.com.
  • Ensure our HR practices adhere to legal standards and company values.
  • Provide strategic HR support to enhance workplace environment and culture.


Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Human Resources and HR Management.
  • Proficient in Benefits Administration and HRIS.
  • Well-versed in Labor and Employment Law.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with a high standard of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Previous experience in the digital industry is an advantage.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
