Role & Responsibilities:

  • Works with RRM teammembers to manage critical stakeholder relationships within andexternal to the project including members of other functional teamswithin the supply chain suppliers incountry partners and recipientsand the client.
  • Obtains country office and/orUSAID mission approval for Requisition Orders.
  • Creates RFXs (RFIs RFPs RFQs) leveraging evaluationcriteria to gather requirements determine evaluation criteriaweighting and develop technical questions.
  • Monitors the tender submission process for formattingcompleteness consistency and compliance.
  • Evaluate RFX responses leveraging standardized scoringmethodologies.
  • Makes supplier awardrecommendations to supervisors.
  • Ensures thecompleteness and accuracy of contracts including monitoring allrelated liabilities and thirdparty contracts.
  • Assists in the management of data related to thetendering process.
  • Provides proactive andcourteous customer service communication in both verbal and writtenformats.
  • Follows up on inquiries in a timelyfashion.
  • Liaises with the Quality Assuranceteam to ensure that requested health products meet appropriatequality standards and are in line with the (USAID)guidelines.
  • Liaises with Deliver/Return(Freight Team) to ensure all proper waivers and documentation areprepared to pick up and ship goods to the destination.
  • Stays abreast of and communicates any changes incontractual requirements.
  • Proactively trackand collect procurement and shipping documents required forprocessing invoices.
  • Liaises with AccountsPayable to execute timely payments to suppliers.
