- Plan to Produce & Quality Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with deputy/hub process owners to analyze regional or segment-specific business requirements for integration into the global template SAP S/4HANA system, conducting local fit-gap analyses.
- Lead the adaptation of end-to-end business processes, emphasizing harmonization and standardization in alignment with FIT4 objectives, including process modeling and engagement with entity business experts for preparatory tasks such as data cleansing.
- Develop comprehensive process maps and models to visually represent adapted business processes.
- Formulate and execute the Cut-Over strategy, prioritizing data migration and roles setup to ensure a seamless transition.
- Own the design of test cases and facilitate functional end-to-end testing within the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Actively participate in the implementation of assigned roll-in projects within a region, predominantly within a segment, with potential involvement across SBUs/segments as directed by regional hub leads.
- Collaborate with the training lead to contribute to the development of training materials and assist with end-user training as needed.
Job Profile :
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in business process analysis and implementation.
- Profound understanding of end-to-end business process, particularly in Plan to Produce domains such as Quality Management or Master Data Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in business requirements management and designing streamlined business processes.
- Experience with SAP R/3 (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and proficiency in navigating relevant third-party business systems.
- Knowledge of the industry landscape and familiarity with sector-specific challenges and practices.
- Strong conceptual thinking, results-driven mindset, and effective communication abilities.
