As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the inside sales function to generate qualified leads.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative Executive to drive the generation of qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to execute lead generation activities via e-mail and cold calling, and meeting weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Head and CBO.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inside sales and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Proficiency in writing effective email copies
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving lead generation targets and driving revenue growth

Experience- 2-4 Years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21, ₹51,022.93 per month
