Role: SCCM Admin

Location: Pune-Quadra2

Experience: 3-10

Must have:

- Hands on working experience of End User Computing/Desktop Support (Windows & MAC ) SCCM, Basic Understanding of Windows Server Environment.- Good Understanding of ITSM process- Responsible for leading the technical team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables per ITIL (incidents, SR, CR etc.)- Escalation for End user computing issues and complains received from business users.- Partner with internal and external stakeholders by having periodic reviews of overall end user computing service delivery.- Effort analysis, work allocation, resource planning and optimization.

Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports (internal and to client)

Good understanding of IT infrastructure tools like Intune, EMA, MDM

Vulnerability management

Hands-on experience in Powershell scripting

Hands-on experience in WDS, managing PXE

Proactive monitoring and strong follow-up practices to ensure overall compliance

Hands-on experience in Intune / AutoPilot

Understanding on latest technologies and their applications

Motivational behavior among team is appreciated

Ready to accept new changes in process or project
