- Floating RFQ to insurers & negotiate best premium from them to meet client’s expectations.- Preparing Due Diligence report wherever necessary.- Negotiation with insurers on premium quotes & Terms specially in big & medium sized proposals.- Quality Control of Policy Documents of RFQs.- Great in relationship management Internal and external customers- Deep knowledge of H&B function.- Having a fair exposure in west market in insurer relationships management

Core Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Additional Behaviors)

- Strategic understanding of business.- Quantitative skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Education & Experience:

- H&B placement experience (preferably over 5 to 10 years) in Insurance Broking.- University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.- Should have a good network and relationship with the PSU’s and the private players.
