These products are sold under a reseller arrangement from Torry Harris Digital Product in the US. Services with relation to the product implementation or independent services to design and support digital transformation such as Cloud Migration, API, or Microservices transformation from Legacy, are sold to be executed by THBS India.
Req. Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us in our sales initiatives for our Digital Marketplace product. The product is designed to help small business build a partner ecosystem and thereby enhance sales.

As Specialist - Product Sales - India, for our digital products, you will be responsible for creating a sales strategy and for its execution, to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a deep understanding of the digital product landscape within India, drivers for sales alongside an excellent sales acumen, and a passion for delivering results.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for digital products, catering to the Indian Market to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments/industry verticals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and initiatives.
Lead and direct the entire sales journey from prospecting to closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Present and demonstrate the value of our digital product to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
Acquire and analyze customer feedback and insights, feeding them back to product engineering and marketing strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure our product meets market needs.
Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
In achieving sales objectives and targets you will build your own team in working towards these goals. To that end, you will:
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Provide training and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills
A Strong understanding of digital products and their market dynamics in India.
Proven 8+ years of experience in sales in India, preferably in the digital product or SaaS industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
A Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in B2B selling to this sector through building a network of commission agents would be helpful.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
