About CompanyA global consulting and technology partner enabling businesses to innovate faster, enhance customer experiences, and drive digital transformation at scale.Job DescriptionJob SummaryYou will be responsible for employee experience talent review career development utilizing the support from respective center for excellence and shared services teamRole ResponsibilityServe as the primary HR contact advising on workplace engagement and initiativesLead specialized talent programs with stakeholder collaborationDrive HR processes such as performance appraisals and career planningInitiate and oversee Employee Engagement initiativesOffer guidance on performance issues and conflict resolutionAnalyze data to improve performance and retentionCultivate internal and external mentorship networksDemonstrate assertiveness and credibility in decision makingSkills ExperienceExperience in HR and Business Operations work is essentialThorough knowledge of local employment standards and employment lawsUnderstanding of common workforce administration tasksAbility to plan and manage a variety of people processesAble to multitask and manage a fluctuating workload with large volumesExcellent communication and public speaking skillsAble to work collaboratively as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication ability to clearly articulate the position at all levelsExperience of people transfer and integrationWorked in an internal environment with a sensitivity to different cultureProficiency in Excel PowerPoint MS Office
