JD: Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS , Python , and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience building modern web applications, integrating GenAI models, and delivering end-to-end solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Frontend Development (ReactJS) Develop responsive and scalable UI applications using ReactJS , Redux, Hooks, and modern component patterns. Work with REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations. Optimize web app performance, state management, and rendering. 2. Backend Development (Python) Build and maintain backend services using Python , Flask/FastAPI/Django. Implement secure REST APIs and integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL). Develop reusable services, data pipelines, and automation scripts. 3. Generative AI & LLM Development Design and integrate Generative AI / LLM-based features into applications. Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, or other LLM platforms . Build RAG pipelines , embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering. Fine-tune or customize LLMs for specific use cases. Implement guardrails, evaluation, and model monitoring. 4. DevOps & Deployment Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerization, and cloud deployment. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP preferred. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI-driven apps.
