Learn more at Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a React.js Developer (DXP Frontend) based in Gurgaon, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves developing and maintaining front-end applications using React.js, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating front-end components with back-end systems. Additional responsibilities include writing well-structured, scalable code, testing and debugging applications, and ensuring optimal performance across platforms. Job Description: React.js Developer (DXP Frontend + AI-Accelerated Development) Experience: 2–3+ years (Senior candidates also welcome) Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent Shifts: Flexible for global time zones (US/EU/APAC) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled React.js Developer with deep capability in DXP front-end engineering , interactive user experiences , and AI-accelerated development (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, etc.). You will build modern digital interfaces, contribute to our own DXP platform , engage in product architecture discussions, and deliver world-class responsive experiences across devices. This role is for those who love crafting digital products , understand Product Life Cycle (PLC) thinking, and can operate with high ownership. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development & DXP Build and optimize modern React.js frontends for enterprise-grade DXPs (Digital Experience Platforms). Participate in the design and development of our own proprietary DXP platform . Architect reusable components, layout engines, UI kits, templates, and front-end accelerators. Integrate with headless CMS frameworks and API-driven architectures. Interactive Experience Development Build highly interactive, smooth, animated user experiences using: GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) Framer Motion Lottie animations Scroll-based interactions , micro-interactions, transitions Deliver visually stunning UI with seamless animations and consistent UX across devices. AI-Assisted Rapid Development Use Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude , and other AI coding tools for: Component scaffolding Code generation & refactoring UI prototyping Automated documentation Intelligent debugging Ensure AI-generated code meets high-quality engineering standards. Responsiveness & Performance Create pixel-perfect responsive layouts across mobile, tablets, laptop, and large monitors (27”/32”). Conduct performance optimization, Lighthouse audits, accessibility checks, and UX reviews. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to modern frontend standards. Product & Architecture Understanding Participate in discussions around product architecture , system design, and modular component frameworks. Understand the Product Life Cycle (PLC) — ideation, MVP, feature evolution, maintenance, scalability. Provide input on new product features and user experience flows. Translate business logic into product functionality with precision. Collaboration & Communication Work with backend, design, product, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Collaborate directly with global English-speaking customers. Participate in demos, technical discussions, and project reviews. Required Technical Skills Core Front-End Skills Strong mastery of React.js , Hooks, Functional Components, Context API. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid understanding of TypeScript . Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS and modern CSS methodologies. Experience integrating REST APIs & GraphQL. DXP Skills Experience working with headless CMS platforms (Contentstack, Sanity, Strapi, AEM Headless, etc.). Building or contributing to custom DXP frameworks (templates, micro frontends, component libraries). Understanding content modeling, personalization engines, modular design systems. Interactive UX & Animation Hands-on with: GSAP (essential) ScrollTrigger Framer Motion LottieFiles SVG animations Ability to craft smooth, dynamic, premium-level user experiences. AI Tools Efficient at using: Cursor Windsurf GitHub Copilot ChatGPT / Claude Knowledge of prompt engineering for rapid development workflows. Dev Tools & Testing Experience with Vite, Webpack, Babel Git/GitHub workflows Unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) CI/CD awareness Soft Skills Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Strong problem-solving & logical reasoning. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. Capable of working across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing full-scale digital products (portfolio required). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Understanding of UX principles & product thinking.
