Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse.
  • Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials, raw materials, Packing Materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of materials as per FIFO/FEFO.
  • Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for timely availability of materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical verification of inventory.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock registers, and other records.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and audit requirements for material management.

  • Optimize storage space and maintain housekeeping & safety standards in the store.

  • Strong knowledge of computer is essential.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of store/inventory management processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / ERP or inventory management software.
  • Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving approach.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc. / B.Com.
