Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for Non-IT and IT positions.
  • Specialized focus on E-Commerce recruitment, ensuring that suitable candidates are sourced and placed in key roles.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, track candidate progress, and ensure timely hiring.

2. Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating joining formalities, and conducting induction sessions.
  • Ensure proper orientation of new employees, introducing them to company policies and procedures.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

4. HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in preparing payroll inputs, managing attendance, and handling leave management.

5. Performance Management:

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide support in setting KPIs, and facilitate employee reviews.
  • Ensure regular feedback and coaching sessions with employees to aid in their professional development.

6. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to, and employee documentation is up to date.
  • Keep track of statutory compliances and labor law updates to ensure company-wide compliance.

7. HR Strategy:

  • Assist senior management in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to improving employee retention, engagement, and overall HR efficiency.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Non-IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
  • Must have hands-on experience in E-Commerce recruitment (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools , applicant tracking systems, and various hiring strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
