Job Description
We are actively seeking dynamic professionals to join our Client Support Process at Finvasia.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a career in investment finance and exposure to the global financial market. We are looking for ambitious and energetic candidates who will be responsible for managing client queries and issues. This role requires excellent client communication, ninja task management and awesome task prioritisation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Interacting with our potential & existing clients across the globe, about a range of financial products & services that we offer.
- Delivery of exceptional service and handling escalations efficiently through live chat, email, phone calls and multi channel communications with clients.
- Provide effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns. Taking ownership of client queries and using your industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems.
- Organising, scheduling and liaising with different departments in the company to resolve client issues
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate internal teams, to provide resolution to the client on priority.
- Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in customer support roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written English, delivering immediate and creative responses.
- Utilise experience in handling chat and email grievances and queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience
- Since we deal in the global market, working hours can vary based on markets assigned.
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management software
- Must be a team player with multitasking ability and goal oriented
- Outstanding relationship-building skills
- Active skills to understand and address customer needs.
- Strong communication and written skills in English.
