If you love turning mechanical ideas into elegant, functional designs, read on.What You’ll Own Design and iterate mechanisms, linkages, gear trains, and motion systems in SolidWorks .Convert concept sketches into production-ready assemblies and 2D drawings with BOMs.Perform motion studies, tolerance stack-ups, and interference checks ; apply DFMA principles.Prototype using 3D printing / laser cutting / CNC and refine based on real test feedback.Prepare detailed technical documentation — drawings, specifications, test reports, and assembly manuals.Success Looks Like Cut design-to-prototype time by 40–50% using modular, parametric CAD.Deliver zero-ambiguity fabrication drawings that machinists love.Achieve >95% fit accuracy on first-iteration assemblies.Who We’re Looking For Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with strong project or internship experience are welcome).Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics Engineering.Must-Have Skills:SolidWorks proficiency — Assemblies, Drawings, Motion, and Simulation.Strong understanding of mechanisms, materials, and manufacturing processes.Hands-on mindset and curiosity to build, test, and learn.Nice to Have:Experience with actuators (stepper/servo/DC) or motion mechanisms.Familiarity with 3D printing, laser cutting, DFMA, and GD&T.Why Bloomatic Work on real hardware , not just CAD on a screen.Join a small, high-ownership team building a patentable automation product.Learn cross-disciplinary skills — mechanics, electronics, and AI integration.Grow into product leadership roles as we scale manufacturing and exports.Compensation ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month(Based on performance, hands-on contribution, and design ownership.)How to Apply (Fast Lane) Email with:1️⃣ Resume2️⃣ Portfolio: 2–3 images or a short video of your SolidWorks models or mechanism designs.
