Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Lead to join our team and take charge of our Field Marketing efforts. If you are passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and love the thrill of organizing successful events, we want to hear from you



Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage high-impact field marketing events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline

  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and event support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  • Analyze event performance and ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Organize and manage engaging webinars that align with our marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling webinar content.
  • Promote webinars and events through various channels to drive registration and attendance.
  • Track and report on webinar metrics, leveraging insights to optimize future events.
  • Manage lead reporting for field events and webinar, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams on lead nurturing and conversion to contribute towards pipeline attainment.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in planning and hosting global field marketing events.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce and webinar hosting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible to work with teams based in India and the United States
  • Proactive and self-starter leading key initiatives.
