As we expand our online presence, we're seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in driving our online growth through strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual with a strong background in digital marketing and social media marketing. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will eventually have the opportunity to manage and mentor a content creator, shaping the brand's voice and visual identity across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and brand awareness. Looking for Digital Marketing professionals with a strong background in IT Consulting, Staffing, or Professional Services industry. Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI. Oversee the creation, execution, and performance analysis of Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Mentor and manage a content creator to produce compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand.Webinars - Experience in organizing and executing successful webinars or virtual events would be a plus. Qualifications: Proven experience with strategy and execution in digital marketing with a focus on social media and SEO. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn and social media marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Experience managing or mentoring a team member is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
