Job Responsibilities
Front Desk:
Handling EPBAX.
Answering all Incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Connect outgoing / conference calls on request.
Upkeep of the Front desk area. Keep front desk tidy and presentable.
Keeping record of all extension numbers, key Persons contacts, Emergency contact ,
and nearby food outlet numbers which should be handy at all times.
Receive letters, courier packages, material etc. and direct them to concerned Individuals.
Maintain a record of courier / Material inward & outward by updating the courier • and material registers on real time basis.
Monitor office supplies & place orders whenever necessary post seeking approvals.
Ensure attendance register of support staff is maintained on real time basis.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Visitor Management:
Meet & Greet visitors.
Arranging gate pass for all visitors / interview candidates visiting office in SEZ zone.
Managing visitor management system either electronically or manually.
Updating visitors register on real time basis
Arranging temporary ID cards or new photo ID’s for employees.
Keeping a record of access card issued/ surrendered by employees and updating the data base on real time basis.
General Admin responsibilities to be handled:
Arranging F&B for small events or on request from BU / leadership team.
Ensure upkeep of hygiene level across the office.
Coordinating with HR for opening of Bank account for new joiners.
Processing monthly invoices and following up with finance for payment release.
Maintaining a tracker consumable on monthly basis.
Coordinating for ground transportation and accommodation for employees/ clients coming from outstation.
