Executive - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
Job Purpose 
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Responsible for overseeing the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Also handles partners and agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Track cases individually.
- Resolve cases as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio management.
- Develop debt collection strategies.
- Achieve targets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Reporting and analysis.
- Risk management.
- Team leadership.
- Vendor management.
- Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Proven experience in collections, preferably in car finance or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve collections targets.
- Strong understanding of legal guidelines regarding repossession.
- Experience in maintaining accurate customer records and reporting.
- Ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Experience in risk management and reporting.
- Strong team leadership and vendor management skills.
- Experience in coordinating with both internal and external clients.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services.
