Job Title: Data Delivery Lead Location: Pan India Experience: 10+ yrs. Job Type : Contract to hire. Notice Period:- Immediate joiners. Mandatory Skills: • Delivery Management • Project Management • Strong Collaboration skills • Degree or a higher-level qualification in a relevant discipline and/or the equivalent experience working in high performing data and IT functions. • Experience of working in Data Engineering, Data Ops and Release Delivery teams. • Good knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau. • Delivering projects and managing products across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – using a range of project methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile This role requires someone who can evidence that they are: • Able to show strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. • Able to coach and motivate teams to deliver results under pressure and with conflicting demands. • Attention to detail. • Fair, impartial and trustworthy. • Inquisitive, curious about new techniques, processes and approaches. • An excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills and ability to work with and present to stakeholders across business areas. • Able to translate data into actionable business insights. • A positive team player with a growth mindset who shares ambition to create a high performing data function. • Able to demonstrate strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving capabilities. • Capable of understanding business objectives and able to manage the tension between priorities and resource.
