Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to spearhead our AI implementation efforts.This pivotal role involves overseeing the operational excellence of all AI solution deployments, ensuring seamless handoffs and milestone tracking between Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Developers.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical project management expertise, with a proven ability to run delivery projects with remote teams and distributed stakeholders.Additionally, they should have experience working in agile or semi-agile environments and be proficient in cloud deployment, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML workflows.The successful candidate will lead a team of Implementation Managers, fostering a culture grounded in ownership, precision, and accountability.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Project Management Experience: 5+ years of managing technical projects, preferably in AI, data, or software development.Able to Run Delivery Projects Remotely: Proven ability to oversee delivery projects with remote teams and distributed stakeholders.Agile Environment Experience: Familiarity with cloud deployment, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML workflows.Benefits:Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.Delivery Excellence: Strong communication skills, with a focus on written updates, project tracking, and structured documentation.Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate issues, diagnose root causes quickly, and implement sustainable fixes.Others:The successful candidate will report to the Head of Delivery and have a dotted line to the CAIO.
