Position: HR Associate/Senior HR Executive
Location: Sector 82 JLPL Mohali

Reporting Manager: HR Manager
Shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 Pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 Pm (IST)

Preference: Candidates who are proficient in onshore recruitment (Australia) and familiar with Australian employment practices will be highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Onshore and Offshore)

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager or Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support and assist the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide assistance where required.
  • Promote initiatives that encourage employee well-being and workplace satisfaction.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR letters, documentation, and reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.

4. Payroll Management (India & Australia)

  • Support monthly/Fortnightly payroll processing for employees in India and Australia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain payroll records, leave balances, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS for India; Superannuation, PAYG, and Fair Work compliance for Australia).
  • Liaise with finance and external payroll vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist in audits when required.

5. Operations & Support

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
  • Provide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate HR-related activities.
