As a Field Recruiter, you'll need to:


  • Research and identify new bulk hiring opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Generate leads and cold-call prospective customers.
  • Hire Delivery executives for third-party logistics
  • Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking.
  • Conducts exploratory interviews on an ongoing basis to keep the consistent pipeline of talent.
  • Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face-or over the phone.
  • Understand the deployment requirement of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan to achieve the same.
  • Should be strong in planning, and leadership and have the right experience for the job
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Seek ways of improving the Recruitment process.


Skills required :


Prior experience in hiring delivery executives is mandatory.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Shall have knowledge of using MS office tools.

Initiative and good decision-making skills

Should have experience in bulk recruitment of delivery executives.

Strategic and analytical thinking skills.


Qualification :

Any Under Graduate/Graduate

Proven 2-4 years of experience in the recruitment of delivery executive’s recruitment.
