To establish and promote our brand through effective and efficient offline strategies, we seek a Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in the food and beverage industry, with a particular emphasis on pizza (or similar food products) marketing.


Role Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will execute offline marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires expertise in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing initiatives across traditional media channels and in developing relationships with local partners and media outlets. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the pizza or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry and possess strong project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development : Design and implement effective offline marketing campaigns, including print advertising, direct mail, and community-based initiatives.Local Partnerships : Identify and build partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to increase brand visibility.Event Coordination : Organize and manage local events, tastings, and pop-up appearances to engage customers and promote our brand within the community.Media Relations : Build and maintain relationships with local media to secure coverage and ensure brand presence in relevant publications.Market Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, gathering insights to optimize future initiatives and achieve marketing objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in traditional marketing, preferably in the pizza, restaurant, or food service industry.
  • Demonstrated success in executing local marketing campaigns and managing events.
  • Strong networking abilities and experience in community engagement.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
