In this role, the Telemarketing Executive - Female will focus on outbound calling to engage potential customers, promote products or services, and generate meaningful leads. Success in this role requires a candidate who is highly motivated, has strong persuasive skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Introduce and promote company products or services.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
  • Follow up on leads and build positive relationships with prospects.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of confidence and persuasive abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Educational Qualification
