Ltd. is looking for a Counselling Expert to join our team About Aimlay: Aimlay is a leading Ed Tech counselling firm with a proven track record of over 15 years. We specialize in guiding working professionals to unlock their academic and career potential, helping them upgrade their skills and education while managing their professional responsibilities effectively. What You Will Do: Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads provided). Effectively explain Aimlays services and convert leads into successful enrollments. Conduct need-based counselling to understand the client’s educational requirements. Deliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrations. Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals. Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups. What We Need: Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
