Requirement: Executive/ Sr. Executive – PF compliance

List of things to be done for required resource is as below.

Weekly generation and linking of UAN with Deloitte entities' PF codes upon receipt of new joiners’ data. Manage and coordinate the generation or linking of UANs for over 1000 employees monthly, including follow-up with employees and the Talent team. Verify employee documents related to PF compliance, such as EPS membership and KYCs and approve in system. Prepare PF reports for Deloitte entities and generate the monthly PF challan. Ensure timely payment of monthly dues before the 15th of each month. Prepare PF Challans for payment, enter payment details in SAP, and perform monthly reconciliation and allocation of the PF payable account by entity. Address and resolve employee queries related to PF withdrawal, transfer in and out, and UAN through various communication channels, including resolving Help-D tickets on the employee portal. Process and submit required documents such as pension clarification letters, Form 3A (old and new), indemnity bonds, etc., for EPS rectification cases to EPFO. Provide acknowledgment copies of submitted forms like PF joint declaration forms, transfer forms, death claims, pension claims, etc., to employees. Digitally approve online PF approval requests and joint declaration requests daily. Share UAN and PF numbers with the Talent team monthly for portal updates. Guide secondees in applying for COC (Certificate of Coverage) and ensure compliance through follow-up with the concerned team. Coordinate with location-wise finance SPOCs for PF-related issues of other entity employees. Provide guidance and support to former employees of the legacy firm. Help Alumni’s to resolve their queries.
