Work you’ll do
As part of the Accounts & Finance team, you will be responsible for managing a team, front ending with the business to understand their day to day needs and work as an payroll processing executive to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of forecasting activities - Generation of flash results with analysis & commentaries towards variances.
Reviewing & analyzing of monthly actuals v/s forecast & preparing tenant wise profitability.
Reviewing month on month P&L results with business team & taking inputs on the outlook
Forecasting - Revenue & Cost of the upcoming estimates.
Variance Analysis - P&L management – Revenue & expense Re-allocation, accruals etc
Monthly Closing Activities - Preparation of Control Reports like Debtors Ageing, Aged Creditors, Open PO's
Requirements:
Excellent Communication skills Time Management Dealing with internal & external stakeholders Team Player Excellent interpersonal skills SAP Knowledge MS Office Skills Project management skillsQualifications: Post Graduation in Finance /BCOM/MCOM with minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role.
