Team Lead,

you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionalsand overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring high-qualitydeliverables, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Your strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to mentor andguide team members will be critical in driving technical excellence andachieving project goals.Your tasks and responsibilities:Leadership and TeamManagement:Lead a team ofsoftware architects, experts and developers in the field of ITL (IntegratedTool Landscape) service development at Healthineers ITEnsure new andfurther development of the services into an integrated process and toollandscapeSignificantlysupport internal development transition towards a Technology & InnovationCenter of Competence for the entire IT organizationPlan the structuresof the associated agile teams and fill the agile roles that lie in your team incooperation with the functional managersLead a team throughcoaching and mutual trusting feedback, acting as a role model and exemplifyingthe Siemens Healthineers valuesProvide strongleadership to the team by setting clear expectations, goals, and objectives.Motivate andinspire team members to achieve their best performance and maintain a positive workculture.Deep understandingof integration of ALM/PLM Tools within Integrated Tool Landscape(ITL).Should haveflexibility to take different roles and responsibilities within theorganizationYour qualifications and experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g.,computer science, informationtechnology,business informatics).Experience using ALM Polarion within a regulated industry (medicaldevice, aerospace, financial, automotive, etc.).Experience on DEVOPS, Quality, ITIL, IT security/compliance andITSM-requirements.Proven experience in a leadership orsupervisory role, preferably within a similar industry or domain.Professional experience in agile projectmanagement within software developmentSeveral years of professional and disciplinarymanagement experienceExcellent knowledge of IT service managementconcepts and in the management of IT service providersYour profile and skills:Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities,highly motivated and the ability to work within the team and across teams.Excellent communication skills demonstratingassertiveness confidently at all levels of organization, management, and workculture.Work in a solution-oriented, creative, andindependent mannerWe win together by focusing on the furtherdevelopment of the team and effectively use the synergies with other teams andorganizational units.High motivation and assertiveness as well ashigh resilience and flexibility.Experience in mentoring and coaching team members to enhance theirtechnical skills and professional growth.Initiative-taker who drives pro-activelyactivities which are in own area of responsibility.Being available on-call for emergencysituations.Manage service development and innovation.Extensive experience in international andintercultural organization. Therefore, you have business fluency in English.
