You will provide reliable data, analysis and insights to the Asset managers to be used in decision-makingSkillsets we would like to see you exhibitRole-specific skillsets:Support quarterly portfolio reviews, including risk rating updates and summary memos •Prepare dashboards, asset summaries, and investor-ready reports using Excel, Power BI, Monday.com, or similarAnalyze borrower and guarantor financial statements balance sheets, income statements, liquidity profilesAnalyse rent rolls, property operating statements, and loan-level data in systems such as iLEVEL Salesforce or similarPerform variance analysis vs. budgets or underwritten projections and support asset managers during reforecasting cyclesTrack loan-level financial covenants (DSCR, LTV, DY, liquidity ratios) and flag performance deviationsMonitor and update critical loan events: loan maturities, extensions, prepayments, and modificationsCoordinate with borrowers/property managers for monthly/quarterly submissions, lease updates, and compliance documentsParticipate in borrower calls or servicer meetings as support, capturing follow-ups and updating systems accordinglyCollaborate with internal teams (for e.g. underwriting, data inputs / processors, etc) to ensure smooth information flowEnsure data integrity across multiple systems, including iLEVEL, Excel trackers, SharePoint, Monday.com, or similarRecommend and support automation and workflow enhancements for scalable growthFinally, our people are our most valuable asset; if you agree with us on this, we would love to meet youYour interaction with us will involve:- Assessment (Technical, Behavioural etc)- Excel Test- Interview with Clients
