Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical/Civil/Architectural Design Engineer located at South Chittoor, Ernakulam District. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and producing detailed drawings of various mechanical components and systems, performing detailed calculations, and creating detailed design specifications. The role involves using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to produce technical drawings and collaborating with other engineering departments to ensure the smooth implementation of designs. Additionally, the Mechanical Design Engineer will troubleshoot design issues, improve existing product designs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.Qualifications, Experience & Skillsets- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural or Structural Engineering- 2 to 3 years' of relevant experience in the construction or metal fabrication industry- Expertise in detailed engineering drawings (shop & erection drawings)- Proficiency in RHINO/SOLIDWORKS/TEKLA/AUTOCAD/STAAD PRO software- Experience in the preparation of accurate Bills of Material (BoM) for all required raw materials, hardware and fasteners- Solid understanding of structural steel engineering principles, load-bearing concepts, and force
