Customer Success Associate – TravelTech / SaaS | New Delhi: Location: New Delhi Compensation: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (Including PF and PGDM monthly fees of ₹6,666) Shift: 6 Days (5 Days On-site, 1 Day WFH) Eligibility Criteria: • This role is only for graduates, post graduate candidates shouldn't apply • You should have exceptional spoken and written English communication • You will be doing PGDM along with this job role, this is mandatory and non negotiable About the Role: We’re hiring a passionate Customer Success Associate to join Atlys , a TravelTech startup that’s revolutionizing how people get visas. As part of our Guest Delight team , you’ll help travelers navigate the visa process smoothly, resolve their concerns efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction feels supported and seamless. This role is a work-integrated opportunity with Skill Veda , where you’ll pursue a PGDM in Customer Success & Key Account Management alongside your job. It’s designed for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in Customer Success, Operations, and Process Management . What You’ll Do: Deliver exceptional customer service via calls, chat, and email . Help travelers with visa-related queries , ensuring empathy and accuracy in every interaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and completely. Document interactions in CRM tools to maintain transparency and accountability. Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and issue closure. Identify areas to improve customer experience and suggest process optimizations. Stay updated on visa policies, travel requirements, and Atlys product features. Who You Are: Graduate (postgraduates not eligible). Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills (Hindi proficiency preferred). Minimum 6 months experience in customer-facing roles (chat, voice, or email support). Strong problem-solving , attention to detail , and a customer-first attitude . Tech-savvy with experience using CRM / ticketing systems . Comfortable working rotational shifts (6 days/week, 9-hour shift with 1-hour break). Pursuing the PGDM program alongside this role is mandatory and non-negotiable.
