We are looking for an experienced, "AI native" senior engineerto take a leading role in building our solution. You will be responsible forarchitecting and implementing a system that leverages Large Language Models(LLMs) and a PostgreSQL vector store to break down data silos. This role iscritical to delivering our value proposition: a unified semantic layer that allowsall enterprise users to get answers via ad-hoc natural language queries.Requirements:10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus onbuilding AI-driven, data-intensive applications.• Proven experience designing and building systems using LLMs and vectorstores.• Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including its capabilities as a vectorstore.Strong experience in backend development (e.g., Python, C, Go, Java) andsystem architecture.• Experience with data modeling, data normalization, and building semanticlayers.• Familiarity with concepts from RAG pipelines, Agentic workflow.Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:. Should be a qualified engineer in software development. Deep technical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and. Natural Language Processing (NLP).• Expertise in PostgreSQL and vector database technologies.• Proficiency in system design, data structures, and algorithms.• Ability to build and maintain scalable data connectors.• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.Desired competencies• Ability to move quickly and build solutions in a fast-pacedenvironment.• A passion for "AI native" development and building products thatreduce complexity for users.• Strategic thinker who can see the "complete 360 view" of a dataproblem.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Location: Remote working - USA - Pacific time zone
