Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Harness Design Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The professional in this position will be responsible for designing and developing electrical harnesses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating wiring diagrams, selecting appropriate electrical components, and testing the harnesses for reliability and safety. The role also involves troubleshooting and providing technical support for electrical harness-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency with Electricity and Electrical Equipment
  • Experience in Power Generation systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with industry standards
