**Role
- **Wiring Harness Electrical/XC/CHS

**Location
- **Pune.

**Experience
- **4 to 10 years

**Primary Skills**:Capital Symbol, Capital Library, Capital Harness XC, Capital Logic and Capital Integrator, harness design,PLM, Teamcenter Data management tool, BOM compare, ECN

**Secondary Skils**:Child parts, packaging area, BOM, EV, ADAS, Hybrid

**Desired Skills & Responsibilities**:

- **Design Tools 2D**: Capital Symbol, Capital Library, **Capital Harness **XC, Capital Logic and Capital Integrator hands on experience.
- Should be able to take ownership in handling project from concept to product implementation.
- Should be able to do **load calculation activity **. Selection of **wiring harness components **(Wires, Connectors, Fuse, Clips, Grommets, Terminals etc.).
- Build functional schematics based on feature, sub system, system level requirements.
- Working exp of **harness design **from concept development to product realization (end to end)
- Communication with all stake holders
- Hands on experience on **PLM, Teamcenter Data management tool, BOM compare, ECN release **activity.
- Exposure to auto component assemblies and manufacturing processes.
- Design & development of wiring harnesses & Child parts. Co-ordination with Manufacturer to resolve the manufacturing constraints.
- Should be able to create 2D flattening in Capital Harness XC, Synchronization with capital logic, Splice optimization, Splice Balancing, DRC.
- Should be able to create connection chart, connector chart, splice chart etc.
- Should be able to select proper insulation type with respect to **packaging area **(Cot tube, PVC sleeve, Taping, Anti-abrasive insulators).
- Vehicle Electrical and harness BOM preparation.
- Good knowledge of component & Technology. ( **EV, ADAS, Hybrid **) Hands on exp.
- Vehicle Electrical integration, Integration of new Electrical features.
