Location: Bengaluru

Job ProfilePosition details:To perform BAU application and operation support on multiple Data Management Systems across Company EMEA and International. The individual is to work as the senior analyst for applications within the DEBI (Data Engineering and Business Intelligence) BAU team which supports various applications and manage resolving incidents, problems and changes.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDelivery:Work in Shifts based on rota.Identify and resolve technical issues.Maintaining and updating system technical documents and service operation manuals.To ensure the support provided is within the Service Level agreement set with business and technology groups.Ensure IT governance, standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.Plan and perform software releases as a part of Release and Change process.Develop and deliver Application software changes according to requirement.Investigate production incidents/problems and provide solution to fixing the issues.Assess impact on supported systems based on production changes.Follow standard tooling such as ServiceNow to manage Incidents, Problem and Change.Maintain a good and detailed knowledge of AMD DEBI (Data Engineering and Business Intelligence) applications so as to effectively provide BAU support.Ensure effective communications are maintained through timely sharing of information to technology and business stakeholders.Liaise with external vendors such as Informatica, Hitachi for maintenance support on Application tools.To cover on call support on a team rota basis.

Risk & Compliance:Ensure all activity fully complies with the appropriate policies, procedures and controlsStrict adherence to change management and privileged production access management processes

Job Requirements:The Ideal candidate will be managing the DEBI platform support teams and we are looking for a person who has strong experience (7+ years) working as part of large scale teams and supporting production applications.ETL Tools: Informatica 10.x , Informatica AdministrationDatabase: Oracle , SQL ServerData Governance: Informatica IDQ, Axon and EDCBatch Job scheduler like Control M (preferred) or any other similar scheduling toolPowershell, PLSQL, SQL server Stored Procs.Cloud: Snowflake ( good to have )Experience in application development, database development and system support.Experience with Java and elastic search, python (advantageous).

Functional / Technical Competencies:Knowledge of the IT infrastructure (for example, hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks) and the IT applications and service processes used within a Financial Services organization.Required to have a good understanding of software development methodologies.Good Data analysis and SQLStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
