Position: Service Now HRSD Consultant/Developer Location: Hybrid - Chennai \ Hyderabad \ Pune \ Gurgaon \ Bengaluru \ Kolkata \ Mumbai - Any of this Location Experience: 3 years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Now HRSD professional to design, implement, and support HR Service Delivery solutions on the Service Now platform. The candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and ensure successful Service Now HRSD module deployment and management. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Service Now HRSD modules including: HR Case Management Employee Service Center (ESC) Knowledge Management Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transitions) Employee Document Management Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions. Develop integrations between HRSD and third-party systems (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM). Build workflows, automation, and service catalogs to optimize HR operations. Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards. Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and enhancements of HRSD modules. Conduct user training, testing, and UAT support. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field. 3 years of hands-on experience with Service Now , including at least 2 years in HRSD module implementation. Strong knowledge of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management. Experience with Service Now Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Familiarity with HR systems integration (Workday, SAP, Oracle). Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting. Service Now HRSD or CIS-HR certification preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, or other Service Now modules. Experience in agile delivery methodology. Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD certification Qualifications Analytical Skills Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Service Now HRSD is required Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Ability to work either in Chennai \ Hyderabad \ Pune \ Gurgaon \ Bengaluru \ Kolkata \ Mumbai
