We are Hiring C&F Manager for Leading FMCG Distribution Company
Location- Chennai (Redhills)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing and directing manpower.
- Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Manage transportation vehicles for in bound and outbound logistics operations
- Resolve any delivery related complaints, or issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain the security of the warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage
- Review, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processes
Requirements
Requirements:
- Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.
- Experience: The candidate should have experience in managing warehouse operations in a 3pl / C&F setup and leading a team.
- Education Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Graduate
- Locations: Chennai (Redhills)
Requirements
5-8 years work experience as a Warehouse/Store Manager. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Ability to manage self and manage staff. Decision-making and problem solving skills. Good communication skills- verbal and written (email, basic reports). Basic knowledge of excel and word.
