- Preferred Industry:

- Automotive / any other manufacturing industry with plant experience
- Software Knowledge:

- SAP Knowledge is must
- Work Experience:

- Has experience in Preparing annual Budget Plan and Monthly running forecast for the Financial year
- Has experience in handling Month closing activities.
- Handled the provision booking in SAP, its followup for invoice submission by users and provision reversal.
- Prepare Monthly MIS such as Monthly Profit & Loss, Actual Vs Budget and Forecast and conversion of actual vs Budget, Bridge of actual performance vs. Budget data, cash flow, working capital etc
- Analyse the MIS report and provide management comments and report to Corporate within the time line
- Has experience in Asset accounting in SAP like assets capitalization, WIP scrutiny and followup with users for its timely capitalization and regular review of CWIP assets.
- Monthly Depreciation run in SAP and Check the correctness of Depreciation posted
- Disinvestment of assets in case of sale or inter company assets transfer
- Providing assets and investment report on every month end to management
- Doing Physical asset verification audit at regular interval to check the book assets are physically available in good condition
- Control over the product costing and cost control
- Verification of BOM with actual usage and check the costing upon any BOM creation in SAP
- Monthly cost run in SAP and check correctness of product costing and resolve the issue in case of any major deviation and error
- Control over material code creation and its classification and accounting aspect
- Control over inventory and its valuation. Monthly physical audit of Inventory compare to book stock
- Control over cost center and regular monitoring of cost center wise expenses accounted to have control over expenses against forecast
- Check the product pricing in SAP. Check to confirm the pricing update in SAP for customer PO
- Prepare the price difference calculation for customer debit and credit note
- Handling of complete audit activities Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Group Audit
- Preparation of financial statement, cashflow, its related annexures and disclosures
- Prepare the data and information to be provided for income tax assessments to the consultant and appear for hearing.
- Handling Transfer pricing audit and assessment
- Experience on filing Form 3CA & 3CD, 3CEB, 3CEAC, 3CEAB
- Monitor the Income Tax portal for any notices issue by Assessing officer
- Foreign Remittance & Filing 15CB, 15CA in the Income Tax portal
- Handling of complete audit activities Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Group Audit
