Job Description:Accountable for overall placements for our students overall head of the teamStrategise and achieve successful student career outcomes through a robust campus recruitment process.Lead a team of ~10-20, channelling everyone’s synergies towards achieving the key output metrics, i.E. placements.Get the team to achieve individual targets assigned for the recruitment process.Partnerships with employers, third-party aggregators and Sector skills councils for generating the pool of vacancies for various locations and sectorsEnsure placement of 100% eligible learnersForm long-lasting relationships with the recruitersMetrisize input and output parameters of the team and measure each parameter till the last mile on a daily, weekly and monthly basisPlan and execute the candidate journey enrolled in our courses aiming to maximise applications in the incoming job rolesRequirementsGoal Driven thinking working on tangible Metrics / OutcomesVery high operational expertise running processes and managing skilled teams to deliver expected outcomesFirm hold on data and ability to navigate daily based on dataGreat communicator and motivator to the teamP& L management exposure, EIR experience will be a plusExperience in managing B2B sales teams is a plusGreat attention to detailGood Business AcumenExtreme data focusAble to work independently with minimal supervisionHardworking
