Job Description We are seeking a talented LinkedIn Content Creator & Video Editor to manage and create impactful content for our sales team members’ profiles, as well as our company page. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, strong video editing capabilities, a solid understanding of LinkedIn’s professional ecosystem, and the ability to craft engaging posts and videos that build personal branding, establish thought leadership, and support lead generation. Basic video editing skills (such as trimming, adding text overlays, and creating simple animations) and graphic design skills (posters, creatives) are a must. Key Responsibilities - Sales Team Profiles : Write and manage content for multiple sales team members’ LinkedIn profiles, ensuring alignment with their personal brand and business goals. - Content Writing : Draft high-quality posts, articles, and updates tailored for LinkedIn’s professional audience. - Personal Branding : Collaborate with sales team members to highlight their expertise, industry insights, and client success stories. - Video Content Creation : Edit and produce short-form videos, including client testimonials, success stories, and educational content to be shared across team profiles and the company page. - Company Page Support : Contribute to the company’s LinkedIn presence by repurposing blogs, case studies, and events into engaging posts and video content. - Visual Support (Plus) : Design simple creatives, infographics, and event posters using Canva/Figma or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and create basic animations for social media posts. - Engagement : Monitor and respond to interactions, ensuring consistent engagement across profiles and videos. - Performance Tracking : Analyse engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) and provide recommendations to improve content reach, including video performance. Qualifications & Skills - Proven experience as a LinkedIn content writer, social media copywriter, and video editor. - Basic video editing skills, such as trimming, adding text overlays, transitions, and creating simple animations. - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to professional audiences. - Understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithms, trends, and best practices. - Ability to adapt tone/voice across multiple sales team members’ profiles and video content. - Strong research skills to generate insightful, industry-relevant content. - Familiarity with Canva / Figma, and basic video editing A.I Software skills (Sora, Synthesis...Etc) - Bachelor’s degree in any field.
