Position Summary: As a Sales and Marketing Intern , you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, digital marketing, and client engagement within a fast-paced corporate environment. The intern will assist in lead generation, content creation, market research, and help execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Support: Assist in identifying and researching potential leads through online platforms, databases, and market research to support sales efforts. Content Creation: Help in creating engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, email newsletters) to support brand awareness and lead generation. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to help refine sales and marketing strategies. Campaign Assistance: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and updating The Golden Rise's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) with relevant content and engaging posts. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing reports, tracking sales performance, and maintaining records of interactions with prospects. Client Communication: Assist in preparing emails, follow-ups, and other communication to engage with leads and clients in a timely and professional manner. Brand Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and gather feedback to suggest improvements for future initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.). Basic knowledge of SEO and content creation techniques is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Creative thinking and the ability to contribute ideas to campaigns. Competencies: A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a willingness to take initiative. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Interest in sales, marketing, and digital trends.
