Role/ Job Title:  Senior Project Manager - Digital Repayment Solutions

Function/ Department:  Operations- Retail, Wholesale & Treasury

Job Purpose:

As a Senior Project Manager, individual will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the digital repayment space. This position requires a deep understanding of digital payment technologies, project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build Up Digital workflows and systems connecting front to back offices for seamless execution. Candidate should have sound technical skills to drive Digital System integrations within multiple applications. Conceptualization, Building Solutions in constant discussion with Business partners, OEM (Solution Providers) & Tech stakeholders and presenting the approach to senior management by using presentation tools.  Required Expertise in Requirement gathering, Requirement analysis, Requirement finalization, BRD writing, solution designing all Digital products Integration. Candidate should be able to create test scenarios for testing purpose for any system enhancement/development & have the experience of testing in depth. Candidate should be able to identify project deliverables, organize tasks and activities, follow up diligently with all stakeholders & ensure milestones are achieved within target timelines. Candidate should be well versed with API integrations. Candidate should have knowledge of Core Sourcing & Lending systems both LOS & LMS.  Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication skills. Understanding and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirement. Drive collaboration with internal stake holders to develop & implement requirement for new and existing systems/solutions. Candidate should be well versed day to day operations of Retail Banking Asset Operations. Candidate worked on recurring payments and PG shall be given preference. Candidate worked for Digital Payments shall be given preference.

Education Qualification (Fulltime):  

Graduation: Bachelor of Technology – , Bachelor of Computer Applications - BCA, Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Bachelor of Science -

Post-graduation: Master of Technology – , Master of Computer Applications - MCA, Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Science -

Experience:  5 to 10 years of relevant experience Digital Repayment Solutions.
