Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager

to lead and oversee our marketplace business on key platforms including

Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Rk World . This role involves end-to-end management of marketplace operations, performance analysis, advertising campaigns, and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product visibility, maximizing revenue, and ensuring seamless operations across all listed platforms.Key Responsibilities:Marketplace ManagementOversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Rk World, and other assigned key accounts.Ensure compliance with platform policies, maintaining optimal account health and performance metrics.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate stock levels, availability, and timely fulfillment across all marketplaces.Operations and LogisticsManage end-to-end order processing, from inventory allocation to final delivery, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.Resolve logistical challenges and coordinate with third-party partners as necessary to optimize fulfillment and reduce shipping times.Monitor returns and customer service feedback to enhance buyer experience and improve product ratings.Advertising and PromotionsDevelop and execute advertising strategies on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and relevant Nykaa advertising platforms.Plan and monitor ad budgets, campaign objectives, and KPIs to drive traffic, conversions, and overall sales growth.Analyze ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.Performance Analysis and ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on key metrics such as sales growth, conversion rates, ad performance, and customer reviews.Identify trends and insights, using data to refine strategies and improve listing rankings, SEO, and ad targeting.Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Customer Engagement and Brand ManagementWork with the customer service team to handle escalations, inquiries, and ensure quick and satisfactory issue resolution.Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on marketplaces, working to maintain a positive brand reputation.Ensure brand consistency across all marketplaces, aligning with the company’s marketing and branding strategies.Collaboration and Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align product strategies, launches, and promotions.Collaborate with finance and supply chain departments to manage stock levels, forecast demand, and plan inventory allocation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.3+ years of experience in ecommerce management, specifically on major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.Strong understanding of marketplace advertising tools, SEO, and algorithm-based product ranking.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Location:
